If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty product, just snap a photo or video and email it to help@fruitkittens.com or send it in the chat. We'll take care of the rest with a full refund in no time! Please note that refunds must be claimed within 30 days of the delivery date.

We know that finding the perfect fit and style can be a bit of a cat-and-mouse game, so please make sure to double-check your order before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for items that simply didn't fit in size or didn't tickle your fancy. Once you have confirmed and placed your order, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, but we're happy to help you claim a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like. And don't forget, digital gift cards are non-refundable, so make sure to choose the purr-fect amount before sending one to your favorite feline-loving friend.

Refunds will be actioned as soon as you send proof of the faulty or incorrect item. We want to make sure you're never left in the litter box, so we'll refund your purchase onto the original payment method used to make the order. For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
