How can I Track my Order?

As soon as your order is confirmed, we'll send you an email to let you know! Then, when your order is on its way from our warehouse, we'll send another email with your tracking info. That way, you can follow your package on its journey to you! You can always track your order directly under Track My Order.

Where do you Ship and how much does it Cost?

Here at Fruitkittens™ we're thrilled to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $35! Shipping rates for orders under $35 will be calculated in your cart before checkout.

The monthly mugs received when subscribing to the Mystery Mug and Magic Mug subscriptions, although below $35, all have Free Shipping so you don’t have to worry about that!

For the time being we ship only to the United States, but we are looking into expanding into other markets in the near future.

How long is the Processing and Shipping time?

We take great pride in our products and the environment. To minimize waste and help protect the planet, we use eco-friendly printing and processing methods. That's why your order isn't printed until you place it!

Our estimated shipping times for United States Mainland range from 8-19 days depending on the product, but this includes not only the shipping time but also the printing process, order fulfillment, and packaging. Be assured that weekends and holidays are already accounted for in that timeframe. Plus, you can trust that your order is being created and shipped with the utmost care and attention to detail. 

Please note that for outlying US islands such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Navassa Island, and Wake Island, it may take a few extra days for your order to arrive due to the longer shipping distance. But don't worry, we'll make sure your order is handled with the same care and attention to detail as all of our other orders. We'll keep you updated on the shipping status and provide you with a tracking number as soon as it's available.

What about Duties, Customs, and Additional Taxes?

We want to make sure you know what to expect when it comes to customs, duties, and taxes. Please note that any additional fees applied during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are your responsibility. Don't worry, though - we'll do our best to help you navigate any potential fees. Fruitkittens™ cannot be held responsible for any customs or tax fees that may be incurred during the shipping process.

My Order did not arrive on time

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, let us know right away at help@fruitkittens.com or via chat, but no later than 7 days from the delivery date indicated on your tracking! Our customer relations team is here to lend a helping paw and make things right.

No need to go through the hassle of physically returning your item, we know how busy you can be chasing your own tail.

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty product, just snap a photo or video and email it to help@fruitkittens.com or send it in the chat. We'll take care of the rest with a full refund in no time! Please note that refunds must be claimed within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for items that simply didn't fit in size or didn't tickle your fancy.
• Please note that we do not accept exchanges, but we're happy to help you claim a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
• Digital gift cards are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be actioned as soon as you send proof of the faulty or incorrect item. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
